We are Dylan and Andrea Miller and we operate our family business, Canopy 1 Properties. We specialize in buying and selling raw land all across the United States. We started this business with a few goals in mind: spend more time together creating memories as a family with our four small children, help others get outdoors and make their dreams come true, and elevate our philanthropic giving to save rainforests worldwide and support other worthy causes.

We also believe that things should be streamlined and simple. So, we make the buying process safe and easy. We prepare all of the documents and walk you through each step of the process. Our pricing is straightforward so you can feel confident buying and we offer flexible financing terms with no credit check to help make land ownership available to everyone.
Our “Love It or Leave It” Guarantee
Feeling nervous? That’s OK! We understand that buying land can feel like a big decision at first. That’s why we offer our “Love It or Leave It Guarantee” to take the risk out of buying and make sure you get the perfect land to build your dreams on. With our “Love It or Leave It Guarantee” you’ll have peace of mind knowing that if you don’t love your land for any reason, we will either:
1.) Exchange Your Property
We will work hard to help you find the perfect parcel for you. If there is another property in our portfolio that better suits your needs, we will apply your entire down payment and any monthly payments made toward your new property from our inventory within the first 60 days from purchase.
2.) Refund Your Investment
If we can’t find you the perfect property in our inventory, we will refund 100% of your down payment and all monthly payments made to date within the first 60 days from purchase.
